Pop star and gay icon Kylie Minogue has separated from her boyfriend of four years it emerged last night. Kylie confirmed the split in a statement to the Press Association.
The statement released on behalf of the former couple said: “Olivier Martinez and Kylie Minogue have officially confirmed that they are no longer a couple.
“They have made it clear that the decision to go their separate ways was mutual and amicable.
“The media’s false accusations of disloyalty have saddened them both. The two remain very close friends.”
An exhibition of Kylie’s career opens at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London next Thursday
