The Pope Books Take That for the Next Vatican Show

After this weeks Royal Variety Performance (the one where Duchess Camilla was attacked with a stick when caught up in the London riots), the Pope has booked Take That. The show included hundreds of near naked male dancers.

Naked from the back

The five Take That members sang on top of a raised platform while the remainder of the stage was covered in male dancers wearing nothing but flesh-coloured jockstraps.

As the song continued the men re-enacted the five poses on the front of the band’s new album, Progress.

Oh Dear John Travolta in another Gay legal case

Image via Wikipedia

Who cares (but John Travolta) is John Travolta is gay or not? In an interview with The Advocate, Carry Fisher answered questions about Johns sexuality. Fisher and Travolta go way back. On a question about whether Travolta was gay, Fisher said:-

“Wow! I mean, my feeling about John has always been that we know and we don’t care. Look, I’m sorry that he’s uncomfortable with it, and that’s all I can say. It only draws more attention to it when you make that kind of legal fuss. Just leave it be.

There have been a number of guys who have alleged that they have had relationships with Travolta.

No gays at the Chymorvah guesthouse Cornwall

Martin Hall and his civil partner Stephen Preddy, were turned away from a homophobic guesthouse at Marizion in Corwall, on the grounds of "we dont allow unmarried couples to sleep in our guesthouse". Given that Hall and Preddy are in a civil partnership, this is a bit hard to believe.

It transpires that the owners are some sort of religious nut cases who have taken some line from the Bible a little to far. It is incredible in this day and age that people still think this way. It is obviously far more important to ignore the "LOVE" and "ACCEPTANCE" message from their faith and focus on - shock horror - the possibility that two people might actually have SEX.

Peter and Hazelmary Bull denied the allegation that they discriminated against Martyn Hall and Steven Preddy because they were gay, but insisted their faith meant they believed unmarried couples should not share a room under their roof.

A second case of homophobic prejudice. Sad old couple!

One Direction will appear at GAY

The tabloids are full of One Direction shots as this week the X Factor is now down to 9 contestants. One Direction are going to be the next Take That. The act which is voted off always appears in Londons biggest gay club, GAY thanks to an amazing coup by Jeremy Joseph. It does go to show that X Factor considers its gay audience an important sector to back the acts. Sharon Osborne always used to say that boys bands like One Direction should definitely get the gays behind them (although I think she meant it metaphorically not physically).

We might go to see One Direction at GAY

Erasure demands respect for gay bully victims

Erasure's "A Little Respect" in the eighties quickly became an iconic song for the gay community and has been adopted as one of our most played anthems (especially in the RVT). There have been thousands of cover versions (the Almighty Records ones are best) but now Erasure are re-releasing "A Little Respect" with proceeeds going to The Hetrick-Martin Institute (home of the Harvey Milk High School) and Cyndi Lauper's charity the True Colors Fund.

"

A Little Respect" comes with a movie style video which was inspired by the bullying incidents occurring recently in the USA. Andy Bell from Erasure felt the need to act - "I am honored and moved beyond words to serve as an Ambassador to the The Hetrick-Martin Institute. Every opportunity we have to spread tolerance and compassion must be seized and I will take special pride in doing so on HMI's behalf."

Erasure's "A Little Respect" is available for download in December and all proceeds are going to the The Hetrick-Martin Institute and the True Colors Fund.

One Direction - Trouble in Da House

There is trouble in the house - the X Factor house that is, between the boys in One Direction.

Inside the house the boys are bitchin and fighting for the mirror. Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Zain Malik and Niall Horan have been doing really well with X factor fans, so much so that there is plenty of cat calling and nail scratching over who is the most popular.

There is so much friction in the group. The other boys are jealous that Harry and Liam are getting all the press attention. It’s a real sore point.

Louis [Tomlinson], Niall [Horan] and Zain [Malik] are worried that they aren’t as popular and that no-one knows who they are.

Liam’s mother is adding to the heat by telling him to scratch those other boys eyes out, as he is the most popular. She said this week

“Liam has a very strong following.
“I can’t speak for the other boys, I don’t know about their solo careers, but Liam gigged all over the country so he has both options open really.”

Well there you go.

Mums the word.

Matthew Morrison, Chord Overstreet & Cory Monteith in shirtless Glee

The new season of Glee is well underway here in the UK, but I haven't watched any of them yet! Too busy with holidays and selling the house. Last week we were in Barmouth in Wales in a caravan for a week. It was really cool to get away, but there was NO television reception.

What I missed was the guys from Glee getting their shirts off in their production of the Rocky Horror Picture Show. How camp can Glee get?

Matthew Morrison (hot hot hot)

Cory Monteith

Cory doesn't have a hair on his chest AND its getting a bit saggy. You are supposed to be the Quarterback Cory. You need to hit the gym Cory! And get a pair of man bikini briefs.

I havent seen anything of the new sexy blond boy, Chord Overstreet, but he gets his kit off as Rocky.

Tell me guys, leave a comment - WHO has the best chest?

Corrie,

Chord or

Matthew?

Zayn Malik Shirtless - The cute one from One Direction in this years X factor

Which Member of One Direction is Gay?

Which Member of One Direction is Gay? Are there any gay members of One Direction? Do any of them actually know themselves? Take a look at the history of boy bands with members coming out as gay.

Irish boy band Westlife star Mark Feehily declared he was gay and in a relationship with Kevin McDaid, who used to be in boyband V. Westlife memebrs fully supported Mark as did Westlife's fans.

Irish boy band Boyzone were the biggest boy band in Britain - six number ones, 10 million albums, sold-out arena tours with a not a dry seat in the house - and Stephen Gately was (secretly at first) gay. Sadly Stephen passed away last year from a congenital heart problem.

Lance Bass from US boy band N-Sync came out in 2006.  "I knew that I was in this popular band and I had four other guys' careers in my hand, and I knew that if I ever acted on it or even said (that I was gay), it would overpower everything," said Bass at the time, referring to bandmates Joey Fatone, Chris Kirkpatrick, JC Chasez and Justin Timberlake.

Jonathan Knight from US Boy Band New Kids on the Block (NKOTB) is reported by Perez Hilton as gay. Johnathan dated a Brazilian model (Kyle Wilker), until he spilled the beans on his boy band boyfriends.

UK boy band Take That have no out gay members. Robbie Williams has joked many times about being gay but has sued The Mirror for libelous reports about his sexuality.

McFly are very cool and very supportive of their gay fan base. The boys recently got their willies out on the stage of gay London club institution G.A.Y. The one on the left is particularly cute. He has an amazing body.

So which one of One Direction do you think is gay?

The one in purple?

The One Direction boys are working very hard on the X Factor to make it in the tough world of music. I'm sure they will do well winning or otherwise. They really don't need speculation on their sexuality, but they are sure going to get it.

JLS last year's X Factor definitely all look straight. It will be interesting to see if a boy band every has an out gay member from the get-go.

Comments  please guys!
